Design
After We Gather All Of Our Measurements And Discuss With You The Style Of Home Theater You Like, We Then Start a 3D Rendering To Present To You. Once You Sign Off On The Rendering We Then Can Start The Process Of Estimating The Build Cost.
Pricing For Consultations
We Charge a Flat Rate of $200 To Come Out To Your Home For A Consolation. We Will Spend Up To 1Hr On Site Discussing Your Ideas And Go Over Several Options That Would Work Within Your Available Space. Measurements Will Be Taken At This Time.
Pricing For Desings
3D Rendering Designs Take Up to 40 Hours for Initial Design Concept And Full Render. We Charge $2500 To Make A Fully Rendered Theater Design Which Includes 3 Different Viewing Angles Fully Rendered And Ready For Your Final Approval.

A Typical Custom Home Theater Designed And Built By Theater Monster Can Range In Price From $75,000 On The Low End Up To $500,000+ Depending On Finishes And Equipment Options Selected. Our Most Common Price Point Is Approximately $200,000. Our Average Home Theater Takes About 3 Months To Construct From The Ground Up. That However Does Not Account For Design Time. Simpler Designs Could Be Built In Slightly Less Time While More Complex Theaters May Take Substantially Longer To Complete. Please Familiarize Yourself With Our Design And Consultation Processes Before Proceeding To Book A Consultation. All Consultation Fees Must Be Paid In Full In Order To Schedule. Design Fees Are Charged 50% Up Front and 50% Upon Approval Of Initial Concept.
